The app is a 9 week program, running 30 mins, 3 times a week. Starting with light walks and adding in ever longer runs until you can run non-stop for 30 minutes. Based on the wildly successful C25K program, this does it all for you and lets you listen to your music while running too. Can be done outside or on a treadmill. Win, win.
Never been able to do more than 5 push ups? Prepare to astonish yourself! Building up too 100 pushups in one go. One 15 minute session three times a week and your strength and muscle stamina will increase dramatically. One word of caution, many overdo it and injure their wrists with this program. Always maintain good form and use a gym mat or press up stands to prevent injury.

A great and easy way to digitally log your run routes, times etc. However we found it most useful as a guide to finding new runs. Whether you've just moved city or you're travelling with business, this app will give you running routes that other users have done. A great way to find a new route, log times and share circuits you've done.
Gone are the days when you needed a 12 month subscription to a gym. Now you can pay as you go. This app has a directory of over 2,500 gyms in the UK, for as little as £2.50 for a day pass...that's pretty reasonable. Great if you travel for work or just like a one off visit to a gym to supplement your home workout routine. Various "passes" are available, from day tickets , 5 day passes or monthly subscriptions. All instantly cancellable if you move on. A great way to try new gyms.
