Ditch your spurs and grab your eating irons, it's time for true BBQ!
Whilst certainly no "fine dining" experience, and definitely not a venue for a romantic meal - due to the mess you'll make of yourself - this is certainly one high quality dining experience.
Since Red’s opened in September 2012 the restaurant has certainly become a popular destination for carnivores from across Leeds. With a reputation for consistently high quality, the restaurant has a solid fanbase, all of whom embody the somewhat religious ideology of the brand. Looking around the restaurant, you'll see only meat lovers, with only a bean burger on the menu for the non-meat eaters to chose from.
Meat is smoked in-house and prepared in the open fronted kitchens. Be warned, avoid eating here on a very hot day as the temperature near the kitchens can be intense! The menu is straight forward...meat...various but high quality meat. Everything is there that you'd expect. Ribs, wings, burgers and chicken. Unique items include a whole sticky chicken and a Donut burger. Yes, a burger between two sugar dusted donuts.
Red's is quirky, unique and well worth a visit.
